For years, I have always wanted a stand that looked like furniture and I finally found and got one in The Elowen. Looks like the wood parts were cut out from a solid piece of lumber and the varnish color was just downright classy. The lever mechanisms for adjustments are ever so smooth and those pretty, little steel plates! Wished I asked for extra plates to make them into a needle/scissor minders. The staff was so gloriously helpful and graciously patient with me. I loved everything from the outer box for shipping, the inner box for storage and down to the stand itself! I am all praises for the stand and this company. A very pricey purchase but I am happy with this. The overall experience was just amazing!
